$2023 for 8 weeks
There are 168 hours in a week. Working out for 3 hours won't do much unless there are healthy habits embedded in the other 165. That's where I come in! With The 8 week Extra Miles package, you receive:
a welcome packet, 3 recorded workouts each week, a habit tracker to record those healthy habits like getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, and getting daily movement outside of your workout time, as well as 1 call each week with me to check in and assess how things are going! The ultimate accountability package for those wanting to take a full approach to wellness.
