My mom and I have been training with Sallie for months and we have been so happy with our progress. Our fitness levels are very different (mom is in her 60s) but Sallie is great at modifying and adjusting workouts so we both get the most out of our time with her. Sallie is a great motivator and great at explaining why each workout is beneficial. I've also been working with Sallie on nutrition and her guide has been so easy to follow. Sallie has been my personal trainer for the past 7 months.  During this time I have benefited greatly from her expertise. Sallie never stops learning and I feel like I am the beneficiary of her constant improvement, as she provides me with a program that encourages a healthy overall lifestyle which has gone beyond my expectations.

I have had several personal trainers in the past, but I never felt that they really listened to me regarding my personal goals. Sallie has taken a sincere interest in me and in my well-being.  For example, when I had COVID, Sallie was always there, sending me advice on things to do to boost my recovery. In addition, she designed special post-COVID workouts for me. 

I would like to thank Sallie for her consistent encouragement and inspiring energy! She cheers me on as I reach and exceed new goals.  Every session is new and challenging. Every hour with her has been the very best investment in ME!

Hey, I'm Sallie!

Wife, mom of two littles, and a huge health and fitness enthusiast! I'm a firm believer that we should never deprive ourselves of the foods we love, we ALL have the power to help ourselves feel our best, and that we are in control of how we feel. Some people just need a little extra encouragement, accountability, or knowledge. That's where I step in! I come TO YOU, wherever you want to workout (or discuss nutrition), and bring all equipment needed. You might not love me during a tough workout session, but I promise I'll be your BFF when you start seeing those results!

I offer 1 on 1 sessions, but am also open to discussing doing a group workout for small events (girls' weekend workout, anyone?)! Email me to discuss pricing and availability!
